Radiomovel Network Operation Center, Sintra Portugal
Project Management of the new Head Office building for the Radiomovel operator of data high speed data communications. Implanted in 6.700 m2 terrain, include 1.100 m2 of offices, the NOC (Network Operate Center), a Data Center with 600 m2 and Technical Facilities and Warehouse with 1.300 m2.
Cost of the project 16 M€. The Project Management included Design Control, Site Inspection, Quality control, Planning and Cost Control.

Responsible for the Project Management of a Data Center with 600 m2 and Technical Facilities and Warehouse with 1.300 m2 in the the new Head Office building of Radiomovel operator of data high speed data communications and Internet services, voice over Internet services, virtual privative networks services, and trunking services.
The Project Management included Design Control, Site Inspection, Quality control, Planning and Cost Control.

Radiomovel GreenField Sites, FDS - Fast Deploiment Solution
After a challenge of our client to make a GreenField Site in a delay that cannot be stop by administrative procedures, we put our engineering department searching for structural design solution to speed up all the construction process.
After this, PROCONSULTORES developed the FDS (Fast Deployment Solution) that allows a GreenField Site on air, with towers up to 50m high, in 3 days from ground zero. This solution as a Patent Pending of PROCONSULTORES company.
We implement several GreenField Sites for the CDMA network for Radiomovel in Portugal.
Orascom / Djezzy GreenField Sites, FDS - Fast Deploiment Solution
In Algeria we build for Djezzy, the first Algerian Telecom Operator, a FDS GreenField site that is on air since 2006.
This first experience in Algeria took us 5 days to conclude it, with local staff.
THALES - Telecom GSMR & Optical Fiber supervision 150 Km railway
Supervision of installation of Telecom systems on the 150 Km railway line Barika (Ain Touta to M'Sila) , Algeria, includind GSM-R, SDH, Fiber Optics, Management Telephony, Security Telephony, Clocks, PAS, PIS and Data Network.
Work progress supervision, optical fiber launch and optical fiber test supervision, verification of the tests carried out on the various subsystems and the conformity of the installation with the engineering plans.
Collection of information leading to the execution of the registration of the different subsystems.

ZTE / ALGÉRIE TELECOM - FTTX à Guelma
FTTX projet in Guelma mainly related to ODN work
Work carried out on 02 different zones consisting in 9 sites including the fitting out of optical equipment and accessories of 02 OLT.
Connection of more than 64 fiber optic buildings from end to end (FDT - FAT link).
Installation of more than 15,260 meters of optical fiber.
Supply and installation of interior and exterior protection for the fiber (PVC and galvanized tube)
Deployment of welder technicians to ensure more than 820 welds at the various junction points.
Assist the customer with all connection tests (1296 test to perform with zero failure).
