This project aims to transform the secular Brancanes Convent and surrounding land in order to implement a 4* hotel unit and a residential condominium. Located on the northern part of the Setubal city, the area of intervention is a plot of land of 45.080.00 m2, nestled between the hill and the road connecting this city to Azeitão.

This Project for a 4-star hotel, located in a tourist area of excellence, near the beach, with about 11.000 m2 of construction surface.
All finishes were carefully chosen, and the willingness of all spaces and its relationship with its surroundings. This hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pool, game room, ballroom, restaurant and gym open to the public.
It also has an advanced conference center and meeting rooms, and an auditorium for 200 people, that can be used as "Salle des Fetes" for marriage events.
